Important Information.

This magnificent event shall be held inside the stunning Georgian Mansion and in the grounds of Staunton Harold Hall. Electricity is available inside the hall and for food and drink exhibitors subject to request.​

Bookings and Deposits 2026

If your application has been confirmed successful a £95 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your allocated space. Please do not send any payments until we have confirmed and sent your invoice. Payments should be paid within 7 days from the date of  the invoice in order to confirm your place. Without payment of your deposit, your space at the event shall not be confirmed.

 

The remainder of your invoice is due 30.9.26            

 

Dates and Times.

November 6th-8th & 13th-15th 2026

 

Opening Times 10:00am- 4:00pm - Set up Day - Wednesdays & Thursdays prior to the event. November 2026

ELECTRIC is available on request at an additional charge of £20 per day, please let us know if you require a power point and how much power you require. Electric will not be available with out requesting it on your application. Please Note electric isn’t available in all locations. If you have selected your own 3x3 mtr gazebo please make sure your gazebo is adequate for this type of event. We strongly advise to use all possible anchor points. If pitching on grass please use all pegging points and ropes along with additional weights, if on hard standing please use extra weights. We also advise using a mat inside your gazebo where possible especially on grass. LARGE GAZEBOS if you have a large gazebo or require more space please let us know. This will incur an additional charge.

Terms and conditions.

All deposits are non refundable. If you need to cancel your booking we will need a written notice prior to the event start date. We may consider other exceptional circumstances.

Set up is strictly the day before the event, further information will be given at a later date, if this is a problem please speak to us before sending your application.

All artists must be set up and ready to trade each morning for when the gates open to the public, no later than 9.45am. No artists are permitted to park their vehicles next to the stands.

All artists must pack down and clear the site following the end of the event by 6pm on Sunday. Under no circumstances should artists backdown before 4pm. Please let us know if you need more time than this.

Pitches will be allocated to each artist on arrival on set up.

All furniture including tables and chairs are to be provided by the artists and not provided by the event.

The Artisan show and Staunton Harold Hall accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any of your stock or belongings (including vehicles) or any loss of earnings before, during or after the event, however caused. In the unlikely situation that the event is cancelled (wholly or in partly) due to adverse weather, no refunds will be given but alternative dates will be offered where possible. We strongly advise all exhibitors to take out event cancellation insurance to cover their costs.
