The Artisan Fair is positioned around the shops and the bandstand of the Marina. To exhibit at the fair you will need a adequate gazebo with weights and securing items. Please confirm by ticking the boxes below.

Important Information

This event will be held outdoors in various locations across Mercia Marina.

Bookings and Payments – 2026

If you have been asked to complete this form, your application has been confirmed as successful. A £40 non-refundable payment is required to secure each date and your allocated space.

Please submit payment together with this completed form using the details provided below. Payment must be made upon completion of the form. Without payment of your pitch fee, your space at the event will not be confirmed.

Set-up will take place on the day of the event.

Gazebos and Equipment

You must provide your own 3m x 3m gazebo. Please ensure your gazebo is suitable for this type of event. We strongly advise using all available anchor points.

Mercia Marina is a hard-standing venue; therefore, weights and straps are essential. As we have a variety of pitch locations with differing anchor points, please bring a selection of anchoring equipment when setting up.

Terms and Conditions
• All payments for this event are non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel your booking, written notice must be provided prior to the event start date. Exceptional circumstances may be considered.
• Set-up is strictly on the day of the event. Further information will be provided closer to the event date. If this presents an issue, please contact us before submitting your application.
• All artists must be fully set up and ready to trade by 9:45am each event day.
• Artists are not permitted to park vehicles next to their stands.
• Pack-down must take place after the event ends. All artists must clear the site by 6:00pm on Saturday. Under no circumstances should pack-down begin before 4:00pm. Please notify us in advance if you require additional time.
• Pitch locations will be allocated on arrival during set-up.
• All furniture, including tables and chairs, must be provided by the artist.
• The Artisan Show and Mercia Marina accept no responsibility for loss or damage to stock, equipment, vehicles, or personal belongings, or for any loss of earnings before, during, or after the event, however caused.
• In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled (in whole or in part) due to adverse weather conditions, no refunds will be issued. Alternative dates will be offered where possible.
• We strongly recommend that all exhibitors obtain appropriate event cancellation insurance to cover their costs.
